Electronic Registration Form will be open the MAY 1st, 2023 (800 € for regular registration) and closed the SEPTEMBER 15th, 2023.
Registration for graduate students is half price (400 €).
However, it will be then possible to register until OCTOBER 15th, 2023, but the registration fees will be 950 € for regular and 475 € for student registrations.
Finally, it will be possible to register at the Conference location, but the registration fees will be 1,100 € for regular and 550 € for student registrations.
Please note that the registration fees include:
- Admission to scientific sessions
- Program and Abstract book
- Coffee Breaks & Lunches 6-10 November 2023
The registration is required to submit the abstract for oral and/or poster presentation as well as to participate to the scientific sessions.
The registration fee for each accompanying Person is free and not include the participation to scientific sessions. The different social programs are in progress. If requested, the cost of the Gala Dinner must be paid at the moment of the Registration.
